About Me
Hello! I'm Lisa Dugger
I'm thrilled to welcome you to One Inspires, my space where we empower individuals to take control of their lives and choose a path that truly reflects who they are. As the founder and life coach, I'm passionate about helping others discover their inner wisdom and make mindful decisions about what's next.
My Story
As someone who's learned to listen to my own body and intuition, I know firsthand how liberating it is to let go of perfectionism and embrace our true selves. That's why I'm dedicated to guiding others in creating a life that aligns with their deepest desires and values.
What I Teach
In our workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions, we focus on building daily habits, cultivating presence, and establishing healthy boundaries. My own experiences have taught me the importance of self-care, mindfulness, and intentional decision-making – and I love sharing these lessons with others.
When I'm Not Coaching...
Outside of facilitating transformational change, you can find me soaking up grandma time with my grandkids, finding peace through meditation, staying active with workouts, exploring nature trails with my coonhounds, tending to our yard, or simply enjoying the simple pleasure of blanching asparagus.
Join Me!
I'd be honored if you joined me on this journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Together, let's explore the beauty of conscious decision-making and unlock the doors to a more fulfilling life. Welcome to One Inspires – I'm excited to have you here!
My Stories
My senior year in high school, I took an elbow to my lip from a girl named Liz Lawlor. Why do I remember her name 37 years later? Memory is funny that way. The fact that this memory is wrapped up in the emotions of anger and the pain of splitting my lip is why it’s still vivid to me. It was a heated game with plenty of pushing, shoving, and fouls. After being elbowed in the lip and knocked to the floor, I found myself sitting on the hardwood, my vision narrowing—perhaps the blow had stunned me. I slammed my fists down on the court.
When I put my hands out in front of me, all I could see was bright red blood.
